For the Winter season, Stuart Low Trust Participants came up with a list of tips to reduce stress and maintain mental health and wellbeing.

Our Friday Evening Events start at 6.30pm. They are free, friendly and open to all. Just turn up!

Free New Year Activities

In January, come and join us for two rejuvenating mindfulness sessions.

We will be practising different mindfulness techniques, as well as discovering how mindfulness can help us to embrace change and reconnect with and nourish our bodies.
