Recent trips included the Culpeper Garden, The Freightliners Farm, Park Theatre and Kew Gardens.

An Introduction to Mindfulness

Mindfulness can help us pay more attention, and be more present in all we do. By practising Mindfulness we can also begin to appreciate more, to develop more compassion for ourselves and others, consequently enriching our experience of life.
