Mindfulness can help us pay more attention, and be more present in all we do. By practising Mindfulness we can also begin to appreciate more, to develop more compassion for ourselves and others, consequently enriching our experience of life.
We are currently in the process of engaging people, across the 18-40 age range, who might be potential participants in the programme, to co-design it with us. Find out how you can get involved.
The Stuart Low Trust produces a monthly activity flyer, which lists our arts, nature and wellbeing activities.
Saturday Workshops comprise three strands: arts and expression, gentle exercises and relaxation and mindfulness.
Our Friday Evening Event run 52 weeks a year and provides an opportunity to socialise, with nutritious refreshments and a different presentation or performance each week.
