Wellbeing Workshops comprise three strands: arts and expression, gentle exercises and relaxation and mindfulness. They enable participants with a ‘tool kit’ of coping strategies and techniques that can be used at home.
We are continuing to provide a hybrid programme of both online and face-to-face workshops. This is to ensure our workshops are accessible to everyone. When you book on to one of our workshops, please make sure you are aware of whether the class is taking place in person, or online via Zoom.
