Saturday Workshops comprise three strands: arts and expression, gentle exercises and relaxation and mindfulness. They enable participants with a 'tool kit' of coping strategies and techniques that can be used at home. 

During 2019 SLT ran 28 Saturday Workshops with an average attendance of 26 people.
