The Wellbeing Project

What is the Wellbeing Project?

The Wellbeing Project is a place to get involved in a variety of social and leisure activities.
The activities that we currently run are:-

Drama group: Our lively and inclusive drama group is a space to express yourself creatively, so why not come along and join the fun?

Hatha Yoga: A popular form of yoga which can help improve posture and relaxation.

Homeopathy: Come and consult our resident homeopath Toni Gooden. Homeopathy is a complementary therapy which aims to help people bring their bodies back into balance. Please note that Homeopathy is not a replacement for other treatments.

Thai head and foot massages: If you are feeling a little stressed, why not come along and enjoy a nice massage with qualified therapist Jo Simon?

Café: Enjoy a delicious, nutritious and low-cost hot meal at our café.
