“Our regular volunteers who support participants at our physical activity sessions, like dance or chi kung, can really see the great impact of those who engage. Doing something physical does seem to reduce stress and anxiety, leaving a sense of calm and rejuvenation, enabling wellbeing and aiding sleep.”
