The Stuart Low Trust (SLT) is a health promotion charity based in
Islington, north London. We run a variety of activities to help improve people's wellbeing especially those experiencing social isolation or mental distress. We welcome participants regardless of their circumstances. No referral is required to attend our events. | More about

Our weekly Friday Evening Events are free, sociable and fun gatherings in a friendly environment. Events are held at the St Mary's Community Centre, Upper Street, Islington N1 2TX, from 6.30 - 9.00pm every Friday of the year. Refreshments are provided. Wellbeing Project takes place
every Sunday in the Crypt of
St Mary's Church, Upper Street, Islington, London N1 2TX.
August 2010 Schedule
Please note that the Wellbeing Project will be closed on Sundays 22 and 29 August 2010. The Singing Group and the Creative Writing Group will be taking a break for the whole of August. The project reopens on Sunday 5 September 2010, when the Singing Group and Creative Writing Group will both return.
