The Stuart Low Trust Wellbeing Project (Big Lottery Funded)
What is The Wellbeing Project?

The Wellbeing Project is a place to get involved in social and leisure activities including music, drama, cookery and exercise classes.

There is a range of therapeutic activities including yoga, head and foot massages, manicures and homeopathy as well as regular quiz and bingo nights, barbecues, comedy nights and other special events.

Our Friends Room provides a space to relax, play games or eat something healthy and delicious from our low cost café (vegetarian options always available).

The Wellbeing Project takes place at Hargrave Park Extended Community School 51 Bredgar Road London N19 5BS on Sundays from 6.30pm to 10pm, with a special Saturday evening event once per month.
