Mindfulness and Meditation Practice

This informal workshop will provide a chance to practice some familiar mindfulness meditations and to explore some new mindfulness exercises. There will be an opportunity to share experiences. No experience of mindfulness is necessary. Led by experienced meditation coach Katy Connell. Chi Kung
