Stuart Low Trust (SLT) is a well-established, multi-award winning charity based in Islington, London. Through social activities we bring people together for better health and wellbeing. Many of our participants have a history of mental ill health, poverty and social isolation. Islington has an above average suicide rate, with the highest numbers of severe mental health and depression in London.
SLT is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Operations Manager to join its small team. This new role is an exciting opportunity as SLT embarks on an ambitious 3 – 5 year Business Plan. It is integral in setting up, implementing and managing new innovative services and partnership working which will increase our output and double our income.
We seek a dynamic and motivated candidate with fantastic organisational and creative thinking skills; who will thrive on this challenge. Successful and substantial management experience with the ability to turn plans into reality are key. If you have the skills and knowledge detailed below, with a proven track record within a charity or social care setting then this could be the role for you.
SLT is offering a salary of £30,000 per annum (pro rata), flexible working, excellent holiday entitlement and a contributory occupational pension scheme.
